I needed to step away from this one after not understanding how to index the items in the dictionary. After coming back I was better able to understand the syntax of indexing the dictionary. It helped to try multiple different locations because some of them have more data (zip 12345 has more info than 27705), so the code is definitely not bug proof. I also wanted to throw a value error when this situation happens, or when there are fewer items in the dictionary, but was unable to get that to work.
